When will I receive my ordered items?
We deliver goods on a daily basis throughout Sweden and the Nordic countries. We always do our utmost to get your products to you as quickly as possible! Stock items are delivered within 1-5 days. Order items have a delivery time of 1-5 weeks. You can see an items current stock status on the product page. We contact everyone who have ordered an item that's not in stock with a preliminary delivery date.
I'm not accepted for invoice or monthly payment. Why?
All payments for private customers are made through Klarna for a safe and smooth experience. SC Styling cannot influence the credit assessment.
We refer all payment issues to www.klarna.com
You can always choose a different payment method such as credit card.
Where is my package delivered?
Orders are delivered by Bring. This means that the goods arrive at a Bring Service point near you.
When the goods have arrived at the Service point, a text message is sent to you with the necessary information to collect your goods. It is therefore important that you provide your mobile number when ordering.
What are the shipping rates?
Normal shipping is €8 for smaller goods. The shipping cost for your particular order can be seen at checkout.

Do you have all items in stock?
We have one of Sweden's largest stock of styling parts and accessories for passenger cars. Our product range also includes items that are stocked by our suppliers, as well as products manufactured to your specific order. You can see at each product page if the item is in stock. You are of course welcome to contact us if you would like a more detailed notification of delivery time.
How do I know that my order has been processed?
When you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you specified when ordering. You will also receive a message to your email address when your package has been sent. The message includes your tracking number and a link that allows you to see where your package is located. NOTE! Remember to check the spam in your inbox if you haven't seen any mail.
Where's my package? How can I track it?
We ship all our packages with Bring. They will send an email to the email address you provided when ordering. The message includes your tracking number and a link that allows you to see where your package is located.
If you did not receive an email, we recommend that you check your emails spam folder. If you entered the wrong email address when ordering or simply did not receive an email, you can ofcourse contact us and we will give the tracking number to you.
I haven't got any letter notification?
When you shop from us at SC Styling you get the notification as a sms to your mobile instead of the traditional letter notification. This will make your package arrive a day earlier!
I want to exchange or return an item. How?
You can exchange or return all goods within 60 days of purchase if they are in new condition and have their original packaging left. Unfortunately, we cannot take back electronic products such as air mass meters and control units, etc.
If you use our return label, you pay for the actual shipping cost with our discount. That will be cheaper than if you send it on your own. Fill out this document for a return label

When you return an item, we recommend that you log in to Klarnas website and pause your invoice. When we receive the item, we reactivate it with only freight or charges, alternatively the entire amount is refunded depending on why it was returned.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, you have to call +46 97 53 06 or send an email to info@scstyling.com.
If your products are already shipped, you cannot cancel the order. A return must be made and we will charge a fee for the freight.
My product was damaged when I received it. What should I do now?
When you receive your goods, it is important that you inspect the package immediately. Should the packaging be damaged, you must report this directly to your Post Office or the truck driver who delivered the package. The notification must arrive at Bring no later than 7 days after the parcel is delivered. NOTE! It is important that you make a correct registration. Make sure you get confirmation that your goods is damaged. Please note that SC Styling will not be able to compensate you for damages if you do not follow Bring's rules for damaged goods.
SC Styling inspects each consignment before sending it to you. Should the product be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake to remedy the error free of charge. If SC Styling has found that the product is improperly dispatched or damaged, it is replaced.
I got the wrong product. What should I do now?

If you have received the product you ordered but find that it does not fit, please contact our customer service to discuss how we in the easiest way make sure you get a product that fits.
Always check your received item! Before installing any parts on your car, make sure the product fits as intended. We are not responsible for consequential damages in connection with incorrect or incorrectly delivered goods. Any compensation for incorrect or incorrectly delivered goods is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
What happens if my package breaks or disappears during transport?
We are responsible for the transport risk, that is, the risk of the product being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You stand the risk of any return to us.

If you do not want a package you ordered, you must redeem the package and send it directly in return. If you do not redeem your package, we have to charge you up to 795 SEK in administrative costs.
What happens if my product is delayed?
If delivery delays occur, we will notify you via email or text message. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything in our power to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier cannot fulfill his commitment to us. We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from all remuneration to the customer regarding delivery delays.
